The SOONER office maintains regular hours Monday through Thursday. Written correspondence is preferred for most inquiries and receives a reply within ten business days. Urgent matters relating to examination administration may be directed to the Examinations Office by telephone during posted hours.

Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
Closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and observed federal and state holidays.
A note on correspondence. The SOONER office is staffed by a small number of
part-time employees and a rotating group of volunteers. We ask for the courtesy of a written
inquiry in the first instance, and we thank our correspondents for their patience.
